SkiLøpet er Follos store mosjonsløp med 1007 deltagere totalt i 2016, og løpet har satt deltagerrekord hvert år siden første løp i 2012. Dette er i følge arrangøren "Verdens største SkiLøp helt uten ski og staver", og nå skal de vokse seg større enn New York City Marathon.

We just signed an agreement with a new timing company for SkiLøpet 2017. They are fantastic. Please note that our Race Director is a woman. It’s true. The rest of the board consists of four women and four men. It’s very fair. One might think that we are all from Norway, but we have an immigrant in our group. She is from Sweden. It’s true, and she’s amazing. The best!
One might also think that we are all from the town called Ski, we’re not, it’s true. Diversity - even including a Swede - and people from really small towns have worked out well for us, it’s true. It’s the best. We recommend it.
In the coming weeks we will be signing agreements with sponsors for the next race. It’s gonna be fantastic. And it’s gonna be the best race ever. It’s true. According to our alternative facts polls SkiLøpet will be bigger and better than New York City marathon. It’s totally true. Totally. Love it!
SkiLøpet is the best race in the world. The best! It’s huge! Millions of people will come and cheer along the route. There will be more people in Ski that day than anyone in the world can count. Some might argue that there will be less than a million. That will be fake news. So many will come, it’s absolutely ridiculous.
